Meet the Instructor

I've been a registered nurse for over 20 years, working in obstetrics, occupational health, pediatrics, home care and case management. I have volunteered as a trach/vent educator for pediatric nurses, as well as served as a safety coach in a regional teaching hospital.


I am also a keto coach with a keen interest in nutrition and have spent countless hours researching all things ketogenic diet. I have a back story of morbid obesity and am currently a coach on a journey to better health myself.

My mission is to bring as many women as possible along with me on our journey to better health. We're better together!


When I'm not working a shift or coaching, I love kayaking with my hubby, four kids and two Golden Doodles, power lifting and hiking.
